Handcrafted pieces are the heart and soul of Bittersweet Designs. Designer Laurie Lenfestey’s aesthetic is light and simple, but full of rich, nostalgic details: each piece draws the eye with its remarkably subtle boldness. The jewelry and paper lines complement one another, and Laurie often takes great care to assemble a story of assorted pieces from all parts of her collection to uniquely suit a store’s personality and clientele. These pieces tell a story, whether a photo frame, album, treasure box, or one of her signature necklaces. The jewelry is drawn together from semi-precious stones, sterling chains and charms, prayer beads, telsums, milagros, and ethiopian crosses, making each piece free-spirited with a bohemian, ethnic feel. The necklaces tend to reflect the spirit of the wearer, and they can be worn dressed up or down.
The paper line, which includes frames, journals, albums, and treasure boxes, also has its share of rich detail. Laurie uses vintage wallpaper, pieces of vintage brocaded trim, cabochons, buttons, and hand-dyed ribbon to create unique, one-of-a-kind keepsakes to celebrate baby arrivals, weddings, and any and all of life’s special moments.

GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION
By placing an order with Bittersweet Designs and providing the resale exemption certifcate, you are representing that you are the owner, agent or representative of a currently valid retail business and that the transaction being made is a wholesale, tax exempt purchase for resale and that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. All sales are fnal.
PAYMENTS
The minimum opening order on paper products is $350.00 and the minimum on jewelry is six necklaces. All orders shall be placed with a credit card; Visa, MC, Amex and Discover accepted. Bittersweet Designs charges credit cards at the time of production for the entire price of the order. Delivery is typically within two (2) weeks of production. By providing a credit card number and expiration date on the order form, you are irrevocably authorizing Bittersweet Designs to charge the credit card for the entire purchase price at the time of production. Orders may be cancelled within fve (5) business days of the order placement and will be charged a 20% fee.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Bittersweet Designs typically ships UPS ground. Bittersweet Designs is not responsible for damage in transit. Bittersweet Designs does not insure packages with the carrier; If you would like to insure your package(s), contact Bittersweet Designs at the time you place your order.
EXCHANGES
Bittersweet Designs will accept exchanges with authorized returns. Only store credit will be given with a 20% restocking fee applied. Contact Bittersweet Designs in the event you receive defective merchandise as all returns must be approved in advance by Bittersweet Designs.
